Documenteur plot
The secretary of a French screenwriter is in Los Angeles with her son for filming. Although she finds a house and puts the boy in school, they are unable to break through their sense of isolation, also because the film crew is always away for shooting. This semi-autobiographical film by Varda about her experiences and feelings during the shooting of the documentary "Mur Murs" shows the cold side of Los Angeles, which is usually sunny and relaxed.
