Die Verbotene Frau plot

Verena works as a photographer and journalist and therefore travels a lot. On one of those trips she meets the Arab Khalid, with whom she starts an affair. Until she learns that Khalid will one day become ruler of the Arab Emirates and that he was promised a bride in his early years. Verena will now have to decide whether she will continue with the relationship as a "forbidden woman".
