Deuce Duncan plot

Ann Tyson leaves her small cabin and heads west with her brother John, whom she hasn't seen for fifteen years during his imprisonment for a crime he didn't commit. Ann becomes a bartender at the local saloon, where she meets cowboy Deuce Duncan and falls in love. Deuce correctly suspects John of being involved with a gang of cattle rustlers, but remains silent because of his love for Ann. In a drunken rage, John attacks Ann, admits he's not her brother, and demands she marry him.
