Der Lange Sommer der Theorie plot

Summer 2016 in Berlin. Nola, Katja and Martina live together in an artists' neighborhood and their flat is located in the last old house in the middle of the wasteland, near the central station. But this building will not be there for long, because a new construction project is already planned. Each of the three young women has to struggle with their daily lives: Katja is an actress, but she is very dissatisfied with the roles offered to her. The photographer Martina is an employee of a curator, but prefers to earn a living as a singer of a band. Nola on the other hand, is working on a film for which she interviews several scientists to discover what theories they have and what they can mean in society today.
