"You're Like the Sea...Beautiful and Cruel!"
A man trained as an architect throws away his career to fulfill his wish: to become a fisherman. This much to the dismay of his fiancée, a social worker who is looking for a home for a twelve-year-old boy. The boy shows great interest in the fisherman's new job. When the betrothed forbids him to go out to sea, the boy takes revenge by going down the criminal path.
