Dafnis kai Hloi plot

One day, the shepherd Lamonas finds a baby being suckled by a goat. He adopts the boy and names him Daphnis. Dryantas, another shepherd, finds a baby girl and names her Chloe. They grow up together. When they hit puberty, they begin to develop romantic feelings for each other. They don't understand these feelings yet, until Daphnis is initiated into the secrets of love by a beautiful woman. Daphnis in turn initiates Chloe. Meanwhile, they discover their true origins.
