Cottontail plot

After Akiko's death, Kenzaburo is left behind as a widower. He receives another letter from her in which he mentions her wish to be scattered at her beloved childhood place. As a result, Kenzaburo travels to Windermere in England in the company of his estranged son. During their journey they struggle with grief and forgiveness. It becomes a search for togetherness in an unknown and alienating world.
