Coach of the Year plot

"One determined man can make a difference"

During the Vietnam War, former football player Conrad is partially paralyzed. To give his life some meaning, he becomes a trainer at a juvenile detention center. His perseverance is put to the test as he tries to motivate disinterested inmates to perform.
