Christine Cristina plot

Christine Cristina is a biography about the French poetess (who was of Italian descent) Christine De Pizan. Together with her family (her father Tommaso was a physician and astrologer of Charles V), Christine emigrated to Paris where she became a widow in 1390. Charged with caring for two children, she learns to survive through her own art: in no time she becomes an esteemed intimate poet. Her companions and teachers on her artistic path are the street singer Charleton and the theologian Gerson.
