The elderly carer Caro can't stand it anymore. She hasn't had a vacation in two years and after one of her favorite patients dies, she decides to leave. A packed backpack is waiting for her at the train station. She doesn't know where she is going, leaves her cell phone at home and says nothing to her husband and leaves.
