Chateauroux District plot

While reading old letters, Carole, a young girl from Châteauroux, discovers that her father was an American soldier who was stationed in a regiment somewhere in the city in the 1950s. She tries by all means possible to find persons who remember this period, especially since her mother has always been very discreet in telling about her lost love.
