Chapter Perfect plot

Crime author Michael Glover and journalist Rey Dey are both fascinated by the idea of the perfect murder. After two murders, Michael receives anonymous letters that describe them in detail and that must therefore come from the killer. He decides to use the data for a book and tells the police nothing. That makes him one of the suspects for Inspector Hawkins.
