Cavalli plot

The end of the 19th century, a village in the Italian Apennines. In a secluded house in the middle of a valley, Alessandro and Pietro live, two very different and very close brothers. The two children, aged eleven and thirteen, are carefree and full of energy. The tomboys like to hide, always get into trouble and spend their days competing with carts. Since their mother's death, their father sold his last possessions in order to buy the two beautiful, untamed foals for the children, Baio and Sauro.
