"The lusty stars of ALL THE KING'S MEN!"
Johnny Phelan is the chief mate on his friend and captain Steve Conway's oil tanker. Johnny always looks the other way when Steve shows his erratic nature again. But when it turns out that Steve is overly interested in his girlfriend Kitty Mellar, Johnny's patience runs out. A fire breaks out on board and both, now enemies, are therefore dependent on each other.
