Brandos Costumes plot

A portrait of the daily life of a typical middle-class family in which parallels are drawn with the fall of the Estado Novo dictatorship in Portugal. The frustrations of the daughters of the family and the conflicts with their parents, grandmother and the housekeeper are a clear echo of the national events. The bomb is about to burst.
