Bødlen plot

UN human rights lawyer Morten Topsøe is sent to Cambodia to arrest war criminals. He falls in love with a woman who, at the age of 15, was an executioner in the reign of terror of the former Khmer Rouge. Topsøe is now torn between fighting for justice and protecting his beloved. Should he let her go and hold her responsible for the crimes of her childhood?
