Bayiri, la Patrie plot

When the rebels attempt a coup, Côte d'Ivoire is plunged into chaos. An Ivorian village where mainly Burkinese live is attacked. The emigrants are driven out of the country and are left helpless on the roads. This is the beginning of exile. During the exodus, Biba is separated from her mother. The soldiers conduct a brutal search on the Ivorian border. Biba is among the victims, while her mother escapes.
