"A psychiatrist is only as safe as his most dangerous patient"

Stuart Prince has a nice family and a successful practice. When he agrees to treat Dan Riviello, a primary school principal who complains of nightmares, the problems begin. After Stuart confirms that he is not allowed to mention past crimes, Dan reveals that he is the perpetrator of an unsolved double murder. Is Dan really a murderer, or is he suffering from delusions?
