Baby plot

"When tragedy struck her family, the healing began with very small steps."

Married couple Lily (Farrah Fawcett) and John (Keith Carradine) are suffering from the recent loss of their baby. When they one day find a foundling on their doorstep, it sows the necessary division among the couple and their daughter Larkin (Alison Pill), because what should they do with this child? In the end, the sudden arrival of the little one turns out to be the best therapy to cope with the death of their own baby.
