And One Was Beautiful plot
Helen Lattimer is a glamorous socialite who sends her younger sister Kate to a boring party she doesn't feel like attending. There Kate meets the cute playboy Ridley and they immediately fall in love. The next day Helen drives the drunken Ridley home in his car but someone dies in an accident and Ridley is blamed and arrested. Kate continues to support him and haunt her sister with her act.
