Amnistia plot
For the first time in Albania, a new law allows married couples to have sex in a prison in Tirana. Once a month, Elsa embarks on a long bus trip to her husband, who has been imprisoned for excessive gambling debts. Shpetim also visits his imprisoned wife monthly. Elsa and Shpetim get to know each other and soon it seems that they are filling each other's affection, which they both miss so much.
