A Way Back Home plot

Tim faints at the office and is rushed to the hospital. There, Tim is told that he has a malignant tumor. Not wanting to let his wife Sonia and daughter suffer through the pain of his death, Tim feigns an accident that requires facial reconstruction. He then convinces his childhood friend George to continue his family as him. The estimated time before his death passes and Tim begins to realize that his decision was a big mistake instead of spending his last moments with his family. Tim discovers that Sonia is now four months pregnant with his boyfriend. Will George just run away from Sonia and his unborn baby?
