A Corte do Norte plot
Emília de Sousa was the greatest actress on the Portuguese stage in the 19th century. Because she married the wealthy Gaspar de Barros, she became known as Baroness Madalena do Mar. She was as beautiful as the Austrian Sissi, whom she also interacted with. One day she decided to set up a great mystery; the stories of Rosalina, Emilia, but also of the unfortunate princess Sissi, all of which were linked to the Corte do Norte, the castle in Madeira.
