When all the news outlets report on America's milestones and achievements between 2012 and 2017, a new movie suddenly appears on the internet and immediately goes viral. The film, '40 Point Plan', was uploaded by an anonymous director and contains plans to redesign America. The video has such an impact that something is actually changing in America. One new nationwide company is formed, led by Warren Buffet and his team of twenty directors, philanthropists, scholars and scientists.
