Zijwaarts de Klas In plot

For years, the government has been spending millions to eliminate the teacher shortage. The use of so-called lateral entrants should ensure catch-up in the coming years. In this documentary we experience the transition of people who give up their familiar lives with successful careers in order to be of more significance to society. We see them struggle with active, noisy and challenging groups of children, but we also see them make contact with them in a moving way.
