In the past, these mills had a central position within the production chain and the community, but since the introduction of fossil fuels, mills have gradually been replaced by machines. In Zeeuwse Wind, filmmaker Marco Sweering tells the story of the mill and explores new perspectives for cultural and social significance outside of heritage.
