World Vote Now plot

Is it possible to organize a global referendum, according to the principle of one person, one vote, so that a worldwide democracy is created? Filmmaker Joel Marsden addresses this question and visits those involved in democratic processes in twenty-six countries. In voice-over, he describes his smoothly edited quest for the essence of democracy, accompanied by uplifting music and animated infographics that illustrate the facts mentioned. Among other things, he is an observer at the first elections in Congo and sees how India votes in remote Kashmir.
