Winter Buoy plot

In icy Toronto, a group of pregnant women desperately try to regain control of their lives. However, they have insurmountable forces against them: homelessness, drug addiction and abusive relationships. However, these individuals are under the watchful eye of their guardian angels, the social workers of a unique health initiative. If these mothers-to-be can break with their past, they have a chance to keep their baby.
