Where Are You Taking Me? plot

It's not always easy to film in the big African cities with their suspicious slums, and Kampala isn't the easiest of those cities either. Until long after the civil war, northern Uganda was considered an area where foreign travelers should not come. Kampala may not be an accessible city, but it is certainly a vibrant city, with many artistic activities. There is a special scene around hip-hop, stand-up comedy and music, which has a fanatical local following. Takesue follows the performers into the smallest hours in bars in dangerous neighborhoods.
