This documentary shows an investigation into the growing epidemic of gluten intolerance. How is it that after thousands of years of eating grains, this is linked to so many health problems? Tens of thousands of people have health problems without realizing that it is because of their food choice. Nutritionist Cyndi O'Meara interviews 14 experts from around the world to find out how there could be such a major health crisis among children.
