Wayfaring Stranger plot

A child is attracted to the silence of nature outside the city. A teenager gets up from a nap in the bushes and makes his way back to a trailer: to warmth, a caregiver and a dog. But the drone on the concrete of the highway above offers no comfort. A tree has grown through a fence, grass sprouts in the cracks of a decaying industry. The individual is searching and moves through landscapes and time. Adulthood leads to the forest. In the film, seven performers, all women or non-binary, embody a life cycle in seven phases.
