Waterproof plot

The girlfriends Khawla, Aisha and Rehab are plumbers, with Khawla also working at an NGO that trains women and promotes their work. In Jordan, a man should not step over the threshold with a woman if her husband is not at home. However, a female plumber poses no threat. For the women themselves, the work is primarily a means of independence, especially for Aisha, who as a widow with grown children is looking forward to starting her own business.
