VHS - Kahloucha plot

Funny and energetic portrait of the methods, eccentricity and magic of the Tunisian amateur filmmaker Moncef Kahloucha. The former house painter with a penchant for 70s movies shoots hilarious movies on a Panasonic VHS 3500 camera. He shoots his last film, 'Tarzan of the Arabs', in Kazmet, a poor Tunisian district. Belkadhi follows Kahloucha as he recruits the locals to star in his film. Behind Kahloucha's hysteria, lies a genuine passion for film and the redemptive power of filming for a poor community.
