Vanuit de Schaduw plot

'From the Shadow' is a quest for solidarity across the borders of cultures, generations and religions. The film paints a picture of the evolution of living together in multicultural Genk. A time travel from old to young, from those who came here as guest workers to do their dirty work, to those who still struggle to find a place on the labor market. 'From the Shadow' tells the story of the struggle to emerge from the shadows, in this case the coal-black shadow of the mine.
