Ukrainian Sheriffs plot

"Well, someone needs to do the job"

There are quite a few men with axes in the southern Ukrainian rural village of Stara Zburivka, where the tragicomic sheriffs duo Viktor and Volodja have to solve the theft of two ducks, among other things. In addition, neighbor disputes, drunkenness, assault and car breakdown are their main problems – partly as a result of local unemployment, poverty and illiteracy.
