Transit Dubai plot

For her film Transit Dubai, Dutch director Ineke Smits followed a number of residents of a place that is sometimes referred to as 'the new America'. Condominiums, offices and hotels are rapidly rising on the horizon and Dubai is portrayed as an oasis of peace and prosperity where everyone seems to be happy.
