Traces of Responsibility plot

Traveling through contemporary Rwanda, this road movie follows the trail of a former minister and convicted war criminal. Through interactive nodes, viewers are given choices about which aspects need to be explored further and how deeply they want to delve into history. Using archival material, court files and government documents, but also through testimonies, the viewer gains a deeper insight into this dark history of Rwanda, but also into contemporary reconciliation mechanisms.
