Topaz plot

This documentary is a series of film footage shot between 1943 and 1945 by Dave Tatsuno at the Topaz War Relocation Center in Utah, the place where Americans of Japanese descent were held captive during World War II. The recordings were therefore made illegally with the help of camp personnel. Walter Honderick, the store clerk, smuggled in a movie camera for Tatsuno. He then took the film footage out of the camp when he had to pick up products for his store.
