Toots plot

From mob boss Frank Castello to sports hero Joe DiMaggio, from writer Ernest Hemingway to singer Frank Sinatra, everyone of any significance walked out on Toots Shor's Restaurant on West 51st Street. From 1940 to 1959, former street fighter and bouncer Bernard 'Toots' Shor ran this famous bar in the heart of Manhattan.
