Time Passes plot
When street life becomes mixed with art school projects, political, ethical and existential questions often arise. At the beginning of "Time Passes" we meet one Bianca in a library in Bergen, Norway, who calmly informs us that she is not here to read but to keep warm. After hours of begging on the street, she usually goes to the library with young art student Damla. He is inspired by artists such as Bas Jan Ader and Mierle Laderman Ukeles and decides to live on the street with Bianca for six months. Guttu's film deals with the preparations for Damla's graduation presentation, but poses the thorny question of whether art can play any significant role in resisting injustice.
