Lydia Lassila (born 17 January 1982 in Melbourne) is an Australian freestyle skier. She has represented her homeland at four consecutive Winter Olympics; Salt Lake City 2002, Turin 2006, Vancouver 2010 and Sochi 2014. After her gold medal in Vancouver, Lassila became a mother. In the 2012/2013 season she returned to the World Cup circuit. A seemingly impossible task.
