The Unforeseen plot
An aspiring West Texas farmer with big plans, is tired of being tied to the whims of Mother Nature and wants a life with more control. He goes to Austin where he becomes a real estate agent and capitalizes on the growth of this city. At the height of his power, he transforms 4,000 acres of land into one of the largest and fastest-selling lots in the state. When construction threatens the local treasures of nature (a limestone cave and a natural spring), the community decides to fight back.
