The Treasure Hunter plot

"The journey of a young man and his father as they search for a legendary Japanese World War II buried treasure in the Philippine jungle."

Jack, like his father, is a gold prospector. Not in the Wild West, but in the Philippine archipelago where the Japanese Imperial Army is said to have buried a legendary war booty during World War II. They have been searching for the treasure for so long and have spent so much money and time that they can no longer stop. An adventurous treasure hunt thus becomes an addictive obsession that threatens the livelihood of the entire family.
