The Other Side plot

In November 2022, British war journalist Sean Langan travels from Moscow to the Donbas, to Donetsk and other places on the front in eastern Ukraine with his Russian fixer Sasha and a cameraman. There he is of course greeted with suspicion. With the interpreter Sasha, he visits Russian soldiers in the trenches and also talks to special units (spetsnaz) and Wagner mercenaries who were active in Butcha (where a massacre of civilians was committed). He also talks to civilians who have to live permanently under the threat of rockets and grenades.
