The International Singing Star Leo Fuld plot

Portrait of the then 81-year-old singer and songwriter Leo Fuld. As an international interpreter of the Yiddish ballad, Fuld was already celebrated abroad at a young age. Over the years he made hundreds of LPs, including his world hit 'Where can I go', performed with a large number of renowned artists and for ten years owned the Sahbra, an Israeli nightclub-cum-restaurant in New York. During the Second World War, the singer lost almost his entire family, a tragedy about which he cannot talk to his remaining sister and nieces to this day.
