The Greening of Southie plot

This documentary follows the construction of the first "green" and sustainable building in the American city of Boston. The construction workers who have to work on it are especially skeptical. The workers do not like the natural material and recycled steel used in The Macallen Building. And when the necessary problems arise during construction, the young developer in charge of the project has to do everything possible to prevent the business from collapsing.
