The Carbon Crooks plot

For 20 years we have been trying to take steps worldwide towards achieving climate goals. For example, international agreements have been made about reducing CO2 emissions in order to counteract the effects of global warming. Emissions trading (EU ETS) is a market instrument with which the EU wants to reduce greenhouse gas emissions cost-effectively. But are these goals being achieved? Or have we only moved further from home because of emissions trading? The makers of this documentary show the harrowing, bitter reality: the negative effects of emissions trading.
