The Absence plot

On November 12, 2017, Sarpol-e-Zahab, Kurdish, on the Iraq-Iran border, was hit by a massive earthquake. At least 630 people were killed and 8,100 were injured. Among them are Azita and her betrothed Sadeq. In the weeks after the disaster, they try to salvage their belongings from the rubble. Not because they are worth a lot, but because of the memories attached to them.
