Surfpunks plot

Early 1980s: The newest crop of punks in California see themselves as a generation without a future, without work and without ideals in a civilization that seems to be coming to an end. There is therefore virtually nothing to do in the vast suburbs of Los Angeles, where mainly white middle class lives. Punk rock is the most important thing for the punks.
