Suffering and Smiling plot

Femi stands up for the rights of the common man. He does that with his music and songs just like his father. The life of his father, Fela Kuti, tells the story of Nigeria… and of an Africa that is being plundered: the plundering of natural resources by oil multinationals and the corrupt African governments tolerated and sometimes aided by the West.
